DesignRush.com, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead all core marketing and growth activities across the platform.The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.Our platform offers four key values to users:Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.Goals:Driving Agency Directory revenueOwn tracking and reporting systems end-to-endCoordinating cross-department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev)Eliminating operational blockersEnsuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable resultsWe offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers.This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Responsibilities:Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & MarketingOversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rolloutsOwn all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself)Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestonesReport weekly on performance and proactively address challengesManage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growthWork closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offersEnsure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channelsRequirements:5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leaderExperience managing and leading a teamProven experience in B2B marketingExperience growing social media channelsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong, goal-oriented mindsetAbility to strategize and solve problemsAvailability to work 6 AM to 3 PM ESTRecruitment Steps:Apply via LinkedInReceive a short questionnaireSubmit answers + CVInterview with our RecruiterTechnical testInterview with our Hiring Manager and General ManagerReceive feedbackWe kindly ask for all correspondence and your CV to be submitted in English.
