Job OverviewNo espere a enviar su solicitud después de leer esta descripción; se espera un gran volumen de candidaturas para esta oportunidad.We are looking for a Medical Education Trainer & Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to deliver high-impact internal and external medical training programs while supporting scientific engagement and KOL development.This role combines medical education excellence, field medical support, and strategic KOL engagement, working closely with Medical, Sales, and Marketing teams to support regional and global objectives.Core Responsibilities – Medical EducationPlan, execute, and oversee medical workshops and training programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with sales priorities, registration requirements, and timelines.Ensure full financial accountability for workshops, including budget forecasting, expense tracking, and timely invoicing.Design and implement training programs for doctors, distributors (sales), and internal teams, tailored to regional and market needs.Develop and continuously upgrade training materials (manuals, presentations, digital modules) to enhance product and scientific understanding.Deliver highly engaging and effective medical training using both conventional and innovative educational approaches.Conduct monthly training sessions for BioScience internal teams and monthly or bi-monthly distributor trainings.Support bi-monthly workshops and contribute to continuous improvement of training quality and educational standards.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, post-training assessments, and measurable outcomes.Identify knowledge and skill gaps and refine training content accordingly.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Sales, Marketing) to ensure training programs support overall business objectives.Core Responsibilities – Medical Science LiaisonEstablish, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) during training sessions.Provide high-quality scientific and medical support during regional events, meetings, workshops, and training sessions.Collect, analyze, and report field medical insights to align company strategies with regional clinical and market needs.Monitor and optimize regional MSL activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and KPIs.ExperienceMinimum 6–8 years of experience in Medical Education, or a similar medical role.Experience in the medical device industry is required; experience in aesthetic medicine is a strong advantage.Proven experience working with international markets; Middle East exposure is highly valued.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skills in English.Arabic and French language skills are highly valuable.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to adapt scientific content to different audiences and timeframes.Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project and time management skills.Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous professional development and scientific excellence.Experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and training evaluation.Ability to provide guidance and direction to junior team members when required.Education & CredentialsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field).What We Offer:At BioScience GMBH, we combine cutting-edge science with aesthetics to help people look and feel their best.
