We believe in the importance of each person within the team possessing the capability to adapt in the face of the most difficult challenges- while keeping our investors’ best interests at heart.The Role :Have you got what it takes to succeed in the highly lucrative yet competitive real estate market?We currently seek a Sales Manager to lead, develop and implement sales strategies and plans, in order to achieve highly levels of sales, profits and wide customer base in alignment of DarGlobal’s business strategy and objectives within Marbella.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strategyCommunicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfullyReview marketing plans for DarGlobal and ensure they support sales objectives effectivelyDirect and control sales operations so that agreed targets and objectives for BTS projects and sales channels are achieved.Identify new business initiatives in the market which can be converted into revenue generating opportunities in line with the business objectives.Establish and maintain a network of business contracts and relationships in the regional and international context to increase market awareness, sales prospects, and to obtain critical market/competitor intelligence.Review and monitor the sales figures against forecasts, analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit; make changes to the strategy/approach, where necessary, to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment and communicate the same to the Division Head.Proactively promote DarGlobal’s projects through alternative direct sales channels (i.e. exhibitions, road shows, networking events, Government institutions, etc.) and participate in promotional events to network with corporate and high net worth potential customers towards the aim of achieving sales targets.Skills, Knowledge And ExperienceEducated to college or degree level (or equivalent)Minimum 10 years sales experience within the Oman market (commercial or residential)Strong negotiation and selling skillsConfident in presentation deliveryProven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team. xcskxlj We would encourage you to learn more about DarGlobal by reviewing our website social media pages. #DarGlobalOfficialLinkedIn: DarGlobal Real Estate
