El/la Guest Experience Agent es responsable de atender llamadas entrantes y dirigirlas a las habitaciones de los huéspedes a través de la central telefónica o hacia el personal o departamentos del hotel. También se encarga de tomar y distribuir mensajes para los huéspedes, proporcionar información sobre los servicios del hotel y responder consultas sobre eventos públicos del establecimiento.Operar la central telefónica para responder llamadas.¿Está pensando en solicitar este empleo? No se demore, desplácese hacia abajo y envíe su solicitud lo antes posible para no perder la oportunidad.Registrar todas las solicitudes o incidencias de los huéspedes en HubOs y hacer seguimiento para asegurar su satisfacción.Proporcionar información a los huéspedes sobre las características de las habitaciones, servicios del hotel y áreas de interés locales.Asistir a los huéspedes en el acceso a internet.Reservar y gestionar solicitudes de servicios tanto externos como internos (reservas de restaurantes, alquiler de coches, masajes, etc.).Promocionar servicios y proporcionar información sobre las comodidades del hotel, el vecindario y lugares de interés.Atender quejas de clientes y, si es necesario, derivarlas al departamento correspondiente.Formación mínima: Bachillerato o certificado de formación profesional equivalente. Se prefiere cierta formación universitaria o un título universitario. Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia previa en hotelería. Se valorará experiencia en marcas hoteleras de cinco estrellas.Capacidad para manejar con facilidad el teclado del ordenador. Comunicación: Capacidad para comprender y hablar inglés, para entender y responder a la información y atender las solicitudes avanzadas de los huéspedes tanto verbalmente como por escrito. Preferible conocimiento de otros idiomas.Atención al cliente. Disponibilidad para hacer turnos rotativosOportunidades continuas de formación y crecimiento dentro de la empresa.
