Desde Hays estamos buscando un Customer Success Manager con un C2 de alemán que quiera buscar nuevos retos en una scale-up internacional (SaaS B2B que aporta transparencia y crecimiento sostenible a lo largo de la cadena de valor sus clientes) y que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:
- Experiencia en un rol de Customer Success Manager o similar en una empresa SaaS usando un CRM (como Salesforce o Hubspot) y plataformas de Customer Success.
- Entendimiento de cómo funcionan las ventas en SaaS B2B y experiencia en upselling y cross-selling.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de retener clientes.
- Habilidades provadas en la construcción de fuertes relaciones con clientes, asegurando una alta calidad y lealtad de ellos.
- C2 de alemán.
