It designs and delivers front-office technology solutions and capital markets products, including messaging infrastructure, developer frameworks, and an open-source FIX engine.Задачи:Design and develop Java applications and librariesWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeTroubleshoot and debug Java applications to ensure smooth performanceConduct unit testing to ensure code quality and application stabilityParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusabilityKeep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java developmentParticipate in Agile development and follow software development best practicesPair with other team members to ensure high-quality outcomesТребования:Experience in Java server-side software developmentExpertise in Java technologiesSolid Core Java programming experience with a minimum of Java 17General knowledge of dependency injection and inversion of controlExperience using messaging technologiesFamiliarity with data structures such as sets, hashes, and cachesKnowledge of concurrency, resiliency, caching, HTTP, and RESTUnderstanding of software development methodologies and best practicesExperience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExperience working with DevOps to deploy applicationsExperience with software maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong exposure to standard financial interchange protocols such as FIX and ITCHNice to have: Exposure to low-latency or high-performance systems, additional languages such as C, C++, Go, Rust, or C#, Front Office financial systems development, OMS/EMS/Exchange systems delivery, equities trading and brokerages, build tools and automation such as Gradle and GitHub Actions, cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.Условия:Highly flexible hybrid working modelWell-being benefitsWork-life balance initiativesCollaborative and inclusive team environmentEmployment or engagement is subject to an acceptable background check run by Adaptive.
