Con el respaldo de un grupo industrial consolidado en Europa, la empresa inicia ahora su implantación en España con sede en Málaga, y un proyecto ambicioso orientado al canal B2B. El objetivo es construir una organización ágil, digital y competitiva que aporte un valor diferencial frente a los competidores tradicionales, ofreciendo a los distribuidores y colaboradores herramientas digitales avanzadas para gestionar sus pedidos, configuraciones de producto y procesos de entrega de manera eficiente.La oportunidadBuscamos un Delivery Manager, eCommerce B2B, que lidere el diseño, la puesta en marcha y la mejora continua de la nueva plataforma digital de la compañía para sus clientes. Se trata de un rol clave en un equipo reducido, con fuerte exposición estratégica y al mismo tiempo responsabilidad operativa directa.Tus principales responsabilidades serán:Diseñar y desarrollar la plataforma B2B de comercio electrónico y portal de distribuidores. Garantizar procesos fluidos deconfiguración de producto, precios, pedidos y seguimiento de entregas. Integrar la plataforma con los sistemas de fábrica y preparar su conexión futura con los sistemas ERP/MRP de grandes clientes. Recoger feedback de distribuidores y del negocio paramejoras continuas. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, marketing y producción, actuando comopuente entre negocio y tecnología. Configurar y adaptar herramientas digitales según las necesidades del negocio (se valorará experiencia en programación ligera o auto-desarrollo a pequeña escala).Requisitos:Experiencia en la implantación deplataformas de e-commerce, CRM o soluciones digitales de entrega(idealmente en entornos B2B). Conocimiento de procesos digitales, arquitecturas y plataformas tecnológicas. Capacidad para entender laestrategia de negocioy traducirla en procesos y herramientas digitales. Mentalidad estratégica yorientación práctica, con capacidad para proponer mejoras de cara a cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes y equipos internos. Nivel medio-alto deinglés(imprescindible). Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática, Negocio Digital o similar, o experiencia equivalente.Qué ofrecemos:Contrato estable en una empresa internacional en fase de expansión.
