Set a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and experimentation.Code & Mentor : Be a hands‑on leader—actively developing alongside your team in TypeScript (Encore), Python (AI agents), and React.Architect the Future : Own the design and evolution of our AI‑powered agent platform, incorporating RAG pipelines, vector stores, and robust evaluation frameworks.
