Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Wizeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Business Analyst, with experience in agile/iterative environments and a strong background in methodologies such as Scrum.
Key Responsibilities- Influence and challenge stakeholders to understand the relative business benefit of their ideas and concepts.
- Prioritize business requirements with the wider team, aligning with the program roadmap and delivery plan.
- Develop detailed requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Create high-quality, clear, and consistent artifacts throughout all phases of delivery.
- Design solutions that meet people-, process-, and technology needs, providing a clear route to the Future State.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring requirement traceability from analysis through development and UAT to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the internal development team and business stakeholders.
- Lead scrum ceremonies as needed.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience delivering projects in agile/iterative environments, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Scrum.
- Experience working as part of a global team spanning multiple time zones.
- Able to lead scrum ceremonies.
- Skill in designing solutions that meet diverse requirements.
- Able to create visual diagrams to simplify complex problems.
- Effective communication of technical subjects to business and technology stakeholders.
- Advanced English language skills (oral and written).
