We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our International Business team.
This role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You will work closely with our sales and international business teams to support data analysis, build sales performance reports, and contribute to the development of insights that will shape our international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales reports from international distributorsPrepare and maintain quarterly sales performance dashboards and presentationsAssist in forecasting, market trend monitoring, and competitor analysisHelp streamline data reporting processes and improve data accuracyCollaborate with international business managers to support commercial decision-makingMaintain and update internal databases and CRM tools with distributor sales dataParticipate in ad-hoc analytical projects and international business initiativesWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood command of Excel and data analysis tools (PowerPoint, Power BI or similar tools is a plus)Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to communicate effectively in English; other languages are a plus (SP, FR…)Eagerness to learn and grow in an international environmentInterest in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry is a plusWhy Join Us?
