En Volkswagen Group Services Barcelona estamos buscando un/aRelease Managerpara llevar a cabo la gestión y coordinación de los deployments/releases, para un nuevo servicio dentro del grupo Volkswagen.Entre las funciones del puesto: Trabajar dentro de un equipo de servicio IT. Planificación de lanzamientos de aplicaciones en IBM Mainframe y Java Colaborar directamente con el equipo en Alemania con el objetivo de gestionar las expectativas del cliente. Dar soporte al Release manager en Alemania con las tareas relacionados con la planificación rde deployments y releases. Monitoreo de todas las actividades de implementación Coordinación de los equipos de desarrollo, pruebas y operaciones Reacción ante incidentes, monitoreo del proceso de resolución de problemasQué esperamos de ti: Formación académica en gestión de IT / Ingeniería organización o experiencia relevante relacionada Certificación y/o experiencia en metodología ITIL, SAFEs y/o Scrum Fluidez en inglés, tanto escrita como hablada. Fluidez en alemán, tanto escrita como hablada. Gran orientación al cliente y habilidades avanzadas de resolución de problemas. Conocimientos en gestión y planificación de proyectos de Apps Valorable conocimientos en entornos Mainframe y/o Java Experiencia en la coordinación de deployments/releases Herramientas: JIRA ConfluenceQué podemos ofrecerte: Subvención para dietas.
