**About the position**

goFLUENT is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in the development of our marketing activities within the German market.

At goFLUENT you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment by acquiring new key accounts, while also working with high profile corporate clients and building lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers throughout the country.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build our brand image, awareness, mission, and social presence
- Support German sales team with marketing activities and programs to support the sales process
- Develop relationships with analysts and industry influencers
- Organize webinars and virtual events directly and with our key go-to-market partners
- Write press releases, social media posts, and articles
- Coordinate trade show planning and execution
- Lead generation and qualification
- Coordinate marketing programs with global colleagues
- Support customer marketing activities by registering users, assisting with marketing pilots, running reports
- Assist with creation of presentations
- Be the creative force behind our leadership position in the German market

**What You'll Need**
- Passion for B2B, results-driven marketing
- Experience marketing to HR or corporate L&D a major PLUS
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Native level of German mandatory and professional level of English is good to have
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small-office environment and multi-task
- Bachelor’s degree
- Personal experience learning a language helpful; fluency in a second language a plus but not required.
