Desde Paul Marlex estamos colaborando con una empresa referente en el sector del reciclaje de metales, en plena fase de profesionalización, que busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a responsable de seguridadpara liderar la estrategia global de seguridad y prevención en sus operaciones industriales.Es posible que un gran número de candidatos se presenten a este puesto, así que asegúrese de enviar su CV y su solicitud lo antes posible.Buscamos una figura senior, con sólida trayectoria en entornos industriales complejos, que aporte liderazgo, visión estratégica y capacidad de influencia para consolidar una cultura de seguridad sólida y transversal en toda la organización.Funciones principalesDefinir, liderar e implementar la estrategia corporativa de Seguridad y PRL a nivel compañía.Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal en materia de PRL, seguridad industrial y medioambiente.Supervisar y coordinar la seguridad en plantas industriales, operaciones logísticas y trabajos de alto riesgo.Liderar auditorías internas y externas, inspecciones y planes de acción derivados.Analizar riesgos operativos y promover iniciativas de mejora continua y prevención.Investigar accidentes, incidentes y casi accidentes, estableciendo medidas correctivas.Diseñar e impulsar programas de formación y concienciación en seguridad para todos los niveles de la organización.Actuar como referente en seguridad ante dirección, mandos intermedios, servicios de prevención externos y organismos oficiales.RequisitosFormación superior en PRL (Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales).Experiencia mínima de 8–10 años en posiciones de liderazgo en Seguridad / PRL dentro de entornos industriales pesados (reciclaje, metalurgia, siderurgia, energía, construcción o similar).Profundo conocimiento de la legislación PRL y de seguridad industrial.Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos transversales.Capacidad de liderazgo, influencia y toma de decisiones.Perfil estratégico, orientado a resultados y mejora continua.Valorable experiencia en certificaciones ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.Qué ofrecemosPosición estratégica dentro del comité de gestión.Proyecto sólido y estable en una empresa en expansión.Paquete retributivo competitivo acorde a la experiencia aportada. xcskxlj Capacidad real de impacto en la seguridad y cultura preventiva de la compañía.
