**LINE START UP ENGINEER**

Continuing with the site growth, we will be installing a new line, for that we're looking for a
**Line Star Up Engineer** to join our
**Operations team**.

**MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES**

In the perspective to lead the integration of this line in Granollers site, we are looking for a committed Line Start Up Engineer. Integrated in the operation project team, she/he will be responsible to install a packing line.

**As a Line Start Up Engineer You Will**
- **_Lead line start up and ramp up plan_**:

- _Learn specificities of the line._
- _Learn specificities of the product_
- _Prepare training documentation to support line operators training and line start up._
- _Deliver training to the line operators and fitters according to the skill matrix._
- _Define work procedures for the line: startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management._
- _Lead line start up and ramp up plan ensuring 0 safety and quality issues_
- _Train operators and fitters to new systems, equipment on a packing line._
- _Participate to product qualification_
- _Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel._
- _Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment._
- _Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyze the cause: rejection rate per machine, increase O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage._
- _Identify and make improvement proposals that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, on safety, quality, cost and OEE._
- _Create and ensure 5s standards on the line._
- _Perform permanent visual management of the line._
- _Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations._

**MAIN MISSION**
- _Lead line start up and ramp up target_
- _Lead line qualification_
- _Lead product qualification_
- _Responsible of key system on a packing line, center lining, DDS, AM,..._
- _Responsible of data collection and analysis on a packing line._
- _Define work procedures for the line:_
- _Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyze the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage._
- _Be an active part for the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting a better performance of the machines, facilities, and human resources._
- _Perform permanent visual management of the line._
- _Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations._

**What you will bring**
- _Engineering degree,_
- _Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive),_
- _English, high level written and spoken (mandatory),_
- _Advanced user in office tools_
- _Results oriented attitude,_
- _Analytical thinking,_
- _Good communication skills_
- _Teamwork ability_
