**LINE ENGINEER**

We're looking for a
**Line Engineer** to join our
**Operations team**.

**THE ROLE**

**As a Line Engineer You Will**
- _Define work procedures for the line:_
- _
- startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management._
- _Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel._
- _Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment._
- _Identify Quality's devices and ensure calibration program is carried out._
- _Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyze the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage._
- _Identify and make improvement proposals that_
- _
- that attack and eliminate the basic causes of deviations, on the OEE, cost, quality, and security._
- _Identify external and internal resources needed to solve anomalies._
- _Be an active part for the process improvements of the module with the objective of getting a better performance of the machines, facilities and human resources._
- _Identify training needing of the personnel of the line and lead the training execution._
- _Perform permanent visual management of the line._
- _Ensure that procedures involve safe behaviors in line operations._
- _Participate in the launch of the new initiatives_

**What you will bring**
- _Engineering degree._
- _Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the Industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)_
- _English, high level written and spoken (mandatory)_
- _Advanced user in office tools,_
- _Results oriented,_
- _Analytical,_
- _Communication skills,_
