THE ROLE As a Process Engineer Intern, you will be part of the Fragrance Capability Team. The Process Engineering Internship is the best possible starting point for a bright career in manufacturing, so don’t miss this opportunity The MISSION and RESPONSIBILITIES of a Process Engineer Intern are very diverse depending on current needs and opportunities, and might include: - Study and improvement of a piece of equipment, developing operating standards and ensuring the production team understands and follow them, - Execution of a project that will deliver savings to the operation, - Design and implementation of a specific process that has a positive impact to safety, quality or performance of the production lines. WHAT YOU’LL BRING **The profile we are looking for**: Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing, and have a natural curiosity about how things work, Experience in manufacturing is NOT required, though it is a plus, **Leadership**: you enjoy being the leader and are able to do so in an effective way. You have successfully led/organized activities in the past, **Communication**: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner, **English**: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it on a daily basis.
