Gestión de cuentas activas y crecimiento de operaciones: seguimiento continuo de la cartera para asegurar el aumento de operaciones de los clientes activos, fomentando el aumento de operaciones y volumen por cliente. Prevención de churn: detección temprana de señales de riesgo y desarrollo de acciones proactivas de retención. Relación estratégica: construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes, actuando como punto de contacto principal. Orientación al cliente y visión estratégica de relación. Capacidad de análisis comercial. Idioma español y catalán Experiencia en mejora continua de la experiencia de cliente Manejo de herramientasCRM(HubSpot, Salesforce u otros). Capacidad de comunicación clara, estructurada y orientada a cliente. Mentalidad comercial, proactiva y orientada a objetivos.#Contrato indefinido y jornada completa (L–V). Horario: 10:00 a 19:00 h. Ambiente laboral joven, internacional y colaborativo.
