AtMETT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella , part ofSunset Hospitality Group , we are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and inspiringDirector of Sales & Marketingto lead the commercial vision of our vibrant lifestyle resort on the iconic Costa del Sol. Your Mission Lead the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy, developing and executing commercial plans to maximize revenue across all business units (rooms, F&B, spa, events), while ensuring alignment with the METT brand positioning and company goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Annual Commercial Plan and sales targets. Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team with clear direction, motivation, and support. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts and partnerships (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE, corporate). Oversee marketing, public relations, branding, and digital campaigns to elevate hotel visibility and demand. Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and distribution strategies. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality industry (preferably resort experience). Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Solid leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team development skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and market trends. Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
