Buscamos un/a Director/a Corporativo Sales & Marketing con sólida experiencia en el sector hotelero, capaz de liderar la estrategia comercial de las verticales de negocio del sector hospitality del private equity. La persona ideal debe estar basada en Madrid.FuncionesEl objetivo principal del puesto es impulsar los ingresos, optimizar precios y ocupación, y posicionar la marca en el mercado turístico nacional como internacional.Gestión Comercial Integral de los ActivosDefinir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial anual de los activos operativos y futuros.Coordinarse con el equipo de Revenue Management para optimizar precios, ocupación y segmentación de clientes.Identificar y desarrollar nuevos canales de ingresos, especialmente en el segmento de grupos (captación, presentación de propuestas, cierre y coordinación con Revenue).Participar en la elaboración del budget anual de ingresos (Rooms, F&B y otros).Marketing y Posicionamiento de MarcaCoordinarse con agencias externas para la ejecución de campañas de marketing y acciones de visibilidad.Supervisar y mejorar la presencia digital (web, redes sociales, contenido).Asegurar la coherencia y fortalecimiento de la marca en todos los canales de comunicación.Apertura Comercial de ActivosLiderar la preparación comercial de nuevos resorts: definición de oferta, estrategia de precios, segmentación, canales de distribución, página web, materiales de venta, etc.Colaborar estrechamente con Operaciones y Dirección para garantizar una apertura exitosa desde el punto de vista comercial y de posicionamiento.Redefinir estrategias comerciales de activos existentes.Experiencia demostrable en el sector hotelero, especialmente en:Apertura de nuevos resorts o hoteles.Desarrollo y posicionamiento de marca hotelera.Estrategias comerciales y revenue management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
