Verifique que posee las habilidades necesarias antes de enviar una solicitud.Location: Spain (Hybrid, EU Travel Required)Industry: ConsultingEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Manager with deep expertise across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics to join a leading consulting firm supporting major digital transformation programmes across Europe. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, and leading multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & AdvisoryLead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics transformation programmes for large, multinational clients.Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on best-practice process design, system architecture, and transformation roadmaps.Act as the functional lead in one or more SAP domains (e.g., MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, or related S/4 modules).Conduct assessments, develop solution blueprints, and oversee delivery of high-quality project outcomes.Programme LeadershipManage large, multi-workstream SAP projects and cross-functional teams across Europe.Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development to consultants and managers.Ensure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and alignment with client objectives.Business DevelopmentSupport pre-sales efforts including proposal development, client presentations, solutioning, and estimation.Identify new opportunities within client accounts and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the firm’s SAP Supply Chain practice.Required Experience & Skills10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics consulting.Proven delivery leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes (mandatory).Functional expertise in one or more modules: SCM, OTC, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, WM, IBP, or related S/4 capabilities.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver.Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-country SAP programmes.Experience working within a management consulting or digital transformation environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.Fluent English (spoken and written). Spanish is an advantage but not required.Willingness to travel across the EU as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience in greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementations.Background delivering in manufacturing-heavy industries such as automotive, pharma, industrials, or FMCG.Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies: BTP, Fiori, IBP, Signavio, etc.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.What We OfferOpportunity to influence major European transformation programmes.Clear career progression with Partner pathways.Highly collaborative, international consulting environment. xcskxlj Competitive salary and performance bonus.Hybrid working model + paid travel across the EU.
