We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting to join our Finance Strategy Transformation practice. As part of our team, you will drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping our clients to revisit their operating strategy, streamline their processes, and boost their analytical capabilities. Our portfolio services include engagements such as operating models design, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition.

Your role as Senior Consultant will include:

  1. Leading the definition and execution of project analysis, establishing conclusions.
  2. Coordinating and leading work and follow-up meetings with clients within the scope of the project.
  3. Leading the elaboration and presentation of project deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness in the handover.
  4. Supervising junior associates, assigning project tasks and guiding them in the analysis and preparation of deliverables, ensuring they meet the project plan and quality standards.
  5. Supporting project management in terms of managing work plan, deadlines and resources, as well as identifying issues and risks and proposing solutions.
  6. Participating in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.
  7. Consolidating, transmitting and putting into practice the knowledge acquired in project engagements.

Your background:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in management consulting (strategy operations).
  3. Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.
  4. Knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, Process Mining) are highly desirable.
  5. Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.

  9. Willingness to travel when required.
