Take on a strategic and impactful role leading the Industrial RTLS division for Iberia. As a Regional Sales Manager at HID Global, you will be the go-to expert for leading companies in Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy vehicle and other Manufacturing segments. Your mission will be toimprove safety, quality and efficiency of their operations using the cutting-edge indoor localization technologies and Digital Twin software.Todos los candidatos deben asegurarse de leer atentamente la siguiente descripción del puesto y la información antes de enviar su solicitud.This challenging role includes evangelization of the market, developing local partner ecosystem, and closing complex deals with multiple C-level stakeholders in manufacturing and intralogistics. You will be supported by fast growing marketing, sales and customer experience teams with scale-up mindset and global corporation stability and brand.Your role in Iberia• Owning a revenue growth for HID Industrial RTLS solutions in Spain and Portugal• Act as a trusted advisor to industrial customers: understand their processes, identify use cases, and translate them into high-value RTLS and digitalization projects.• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level, operations and stakeholders, from first discovery visit to multi-site roll-outs.• Develop and manage a productive partner ecosystem (system integrators, resellers, alliances) that actively generates new opportunities and closes significant deals.• Work closely with sales, marketing and CX teams to deliver compelling demos, pilots and value-based proposals.• Building territory strategy andkeeping pipeline and forecasts sharp and reliable in CRM.Your profile• 5+ years in B2B tech / industrial sales or pre-sales (SaaS, IIoT, Industrial Digitalization, complex solutions, Lean), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.• Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales with large industrial or manufacturing customers.• Strong understanding of production / intralogistics environments; experience with Industry 4.0, MES/WMS/ERP, Lean or digital factory projects is a plus.• Comfortable with both direct and indirect (channel-driven) models and experienced in working with partners.• Self-driven, structured, able to run a territory with a high degree of ownership and independence.• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is an advantage); based in Iberia with willingness to travel.What you get in returnA strategic, growing region you can truly shape – Iberia is one of the key markets HID Industrial RTLS strategy.A cutting-edge RTLS & Digital Twin platforms with strong customer traction and real operational impact (safety, quality and efficiency).The best of both worlds:Scale-up energy, speed and fast decision making processGlobal brand, stability and international career pathsDirect access to experienced leadership and peers – get a feel for the team on LinkedIn:Šimon Chudoba – Global Sales Director Brad Williams – Head of Sales and Marketing Competitive compensation package, flexible working setup and an inclusive, global culture. xcskxlj If you are a senior, technically minded sales consultant with “hunter” personality, we’d love to hear from you.
