DocuWare Solutions Specialist

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for you to work as DocuWare Solutions Specialist / ArchitectWhat do you need to fulfill this job?• Design and implement DocuWare SaaS architecture (file cabinets, metadata schema, workflows, retention policies).• Integrate DocuWare with portals and backend services (Java/.NET) using REST APIs, SDKs, andevent-driven patterns.• Lead document migration from eDocs (~40+ TB): strategy, ETL pipelines, metadata mapping, validation,performance tuning.• Implement SSO (SAML/OIDC), RBAC, and secure identity management.• Establish observability (logs, metrics, traces), SLIs/SLOs, and alerting for integrations and migration jobs.• Automate deployments with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), and manage environments.• Ensure GDPR compliance, encryption, auditability, and governance.• Optimize performance and cost for large-scale ingestion and retrieval.• 5–10+ years in enterprise content/document management; 3+ years hands-on DocuWare SaaS.• Proven large-scale document migration experience (≥10 TB) from legacy DMS (eDocs/OpenText/FileNet).• Strong integration background with Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET (ASP.NET Core).• Cloud/DevOps experience: Azure/AWS, Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD, containers.• Observability tools: App Insights, ELK/OpenSearch, Prometheus/Grafana.• Security/compliance: GDPR, encryption, audit logging.About HCLTech:We are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
