Deskside Support Technician

We’re hiring Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on-site and remote issues.👤 What you'll do:Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote toolsTroubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesSupport networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasksHandle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/softwareCollaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records🚗 Flexibility and mobility are key — a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as some travel may be required.🧠 What you bring:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesGreat communication skills — both with users and technical teamsA customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamKnowledge of networking basics and infrastructure support✅ Nice to have (but not required):CompTIA A+ / Network+ certificationsWhat"s next:It"s best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn"t want you to miss this opportunity.
