Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the R&D team in the development of new projects:

    • Operate manual lathes and milling machines for prototype creation and part reprocessing.
    • Assemble and develop prototypes, applying analytical skills to suggest solutions and alternatives.
    • Conduct tests and trials on prototypes and existing products.

  • Work jointly with R&D and Quality departments on the industrialization of new products and the improvement of existing ones:

    • Assist in the development and assembly of machinery and tooling to enhance manufacturing processes.

  • Transfer knowledge and assembly processes of new products to the production line.

  • Support the study, improvement, and troubleshooting of production issues related to existing products.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in operating lathes, milling machines, drills, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Skilled in manual assembly work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on resolution.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to others.
Preferred Educational Background

Candidates with multidisciplinary technical training are preferred, including but not limited to:

  • Basic Professional Certificate in Metal Elements Manufacturing
  • Technician in Machining
  • Higher Technician in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing
