Job Description

  • Provide information about the products sold (type of product, price, and delivery time) to (potential) clients.
  • Contact the factory (for information on scope, availability, and options) and/or local suppliers when necessary.
  • Facilitate the operations of the sales team (generate real-time information and take action as needed, quickly and professionally, to support the work of the Technical Sales Delegates).
  • Execute the order process (register, invoice, and deliver sold products in a timely manner, as well as issue credit notes if necessary).
  • Create records in the IT system for new machines.
  • Handle the material return process to factories.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and interact with various stakeholders to ensure resolution.

Profile

  • Professional experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address needs proactively.
  • Ensuring accuracy in information, processes, and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to convey information clearly and professionally; good knowledge of English and Portuguese will be an asset.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with sales teams, logistics, and other departments.
  • Experience in administrative management will be valued.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
