An AI-powered, B2B saas company is looking for a Product Designer to join their design team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative startup, where you will be working amongst a highly talented team, and be taking on new challenges as the business continues to grow Job- Product Designer Salary- up to €72KResponsibilities - You will be a part of the core team, taking a central role in designing the platform's UI/UX. You'll be involved in every part of the product, from feature definition to building the long-term roadmap. You will collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead. You will work with product managers and developers to craft and implement strategic solutions. A key responsibility is translating design goals and product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will contribute to and help evolve the existing Design System. You'll drive the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to final execution.Experience - Extensive Product Design Experience: Over 3 years of SaaS product design experience across both web and mobile platforms. End-to-End Design Process: Proven ability to drive the full design lifecycle, including user research, building user journeys and experiences, creating wireframes, and delivering fully detailed UI. Use Case Definition: Skilled in defining end-to-end (E2E) use cases and translating them into tangible designs. Independent & Proactive: Highly organized, independent, and possesses a proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and improve. Collaborative & Communicative: A strong team player with great communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and be open to feedback. Detail-Oriented & Aesthetic Focus: Possesses a keen sense of aesthetics and is highly detail-oriented. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with product managers, development teams, and data analysts. Technical Proficiency: Experienced with design systems and Figma.
