Responsabilidades Clave Liderazgo de Diseño: Liderar momentos del ciclo de diseño de productos, desde la investigación (UX Research) y la definición del problema hasta la creación de prototipos de alta fidelidad.2. Estrategia y Visión: Colaborar estrechamente con Product Managers, Ingenieros y Stakeholders para definir la visión del producto y traducir los objetivos de negocio en estrategias de diseño accionables.3. Diseño de Interfaz (UI): Crear diseños de interfaz consistentes y visualmente atractivos, con especial atención a eventuales Design Systems.4. Validación y Mejora: Planificar y ejecutar pruebas de usabilidad y testing A/B para validar hipótesis de diseño e iterar en función de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos.5. Fuente de conocimiento: Servir como referente de competencias y metodología para otros diseñadores, y fomentar una cultura de diseño. Requisitos Indispensables Experiencia: Mínimo5 años de experiencia profesional como UX/UI Designer, Product Designer o rol similar.- Sector: Experiencia comprobable en diseño de productos digitales dentro del sectorFinanciero, Bancario o Fintech (ej:apps de banca,wallets digitales, plataformas de inversión).- Herramientas de Diseño: Dominio experto de la suite Figma (incluyendo Figma Design, FigJam y Figma Slides).- Lenguaje: Español o Portugués como lengua materna (o nivel C2).- Portafolio: Poseer un portafolio sólido que muestre un proceso de diseño centrado en la resolución de problemas y demuestre experiencia con flujos complejos y sistemas de diseño. Habilidades Deseables Inglés Alto (C1/C2): Nivel avanzado o bilingüe, ideal para la comunicación diaria con equipos ystakeholders internacionales.- Service Design: Conocimiento y experiencia en la aplicación de metodologías deService Design (ej:Service Blueprints ,Customer Journey Maps holísticos).- Experiencia en diseño para accesibilidad (WCAG) e inclusión.- Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno remoto y multicultural.- Capacidad para tomar decisiones de diseño basadas en métricas (KPIs).
