If you share our passion and values, and want to be challenged and thrive in your career, then you’ll fit right in.Digital Silk offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities ANDcompany sharesfor senior-level people passionate about their work.This is for afull-time, remote-work-at-home positionas our headquarters are in the US.We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.What we offer at Digital Silk: A work culture focused on mutual success and continuous growth Competitive pay and scheduled yearly raises Shares in the company – share in profit upon company sale Challenging projects and opportunity to work with great team members Work-from-home opportunity 4 weeks paid time offResponsibilities: Lead email marketing strategy and execution Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions Develop engaging email flows for different industries Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters Segment audiences for better engagement and results Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Optimize lead nurturing workflows Conduct A/B testing to improve email KPIs Establish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendations Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creationRequirements: 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience Proven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365) Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance Strong written and spoken communication skills in English Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails Has a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practices Ability to work8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)We are a growing digital agency and are seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Recruitment steps: Apply via LinkedIn Receive a short questionnaire Send back answers + CV Have a short call with our Recruitment Team Have an interview with our Hiring Managers Get feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
