Read on.About the RoleWe are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to create, implement and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention, aligning with company values and objectives. This position is a maternity cover.Description of Responsibilities: - Design and execute effective email marketing strategies. - Create, test and optimize email templates. - Segment and manage mailing lists to ensure relevant communication. - Analyze and report on campaign performance in order to make continuous improvements. - Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure emails are consistent with brand identity. - Strong work ethic and commitment to the company.Skills to Perform Position: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced knowledge of email marketing and automation tools. - Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.This position reports to the Digital Operations Manager.Requirements to Fill the Position: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years experience in email marketing. - In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot). - Knowledge of data analysis and content management tools. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.What we offerA dynamic and multicultural working environment that fosters teamwork, learning, and professional growth.
