Responsibilities
* As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and reliability of Business Partner Transparency products within the Osapiens HUB platform.
* You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing strategies, working closely with development teams to foster a strong quality‑driven culture from the ground up.
* You will perform end-to-end testing across backend integrations, frontend, and mobile.
* This is an opportunity to work with different frameworks.
* You will face the challenge of handling multiple tasks and balancing different domains within a team that is committed to supporting your growth.
* You will also be involved in application testing and in developing automated tests, contributing to the creation of effective strategies to implement automation across various areas of the product.
* This role is based in Madrid, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward‑thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, offering the perfect balance between in‑person collaboration and remote flexibility. Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or SDET, with a solid track record in delivering high‑quality automated testing solutions.
* Deep understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and best practices, including strong attention to detail in both documentation and test execution.

* Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines – Azure DevOps/Gitlab/Jenkins or other, including test automation integration, and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying quality gaps and proposing improvements.
* Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style when partnering with developers, product managers, and cross‑functional teams.
* Experience using AI‑powered tools (e.g., for test generation, code assistance, debugging, exploratory testing, or automation optimization) is considered a strong plus.
* Fluent in English (C1+)
