Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us atwww.neotalent.pt/esyhttps://neotalent.pt/es/oportunidades-de-carrera/.Role Overview:We are looking for aSenior Solution Architect (Consultant)to define thedetailed target architecturefor a multi-countryGenesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)solution.This role is key to shaping ascalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture , including a clear strategy for the integration and usage ofAI capabilities(Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms).What you will do:Define end-to-endhigh-level and detailed target architecturefor Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams) Designscalable, multi-country architecturesand country-by-country rollout roadmaps DefineAI usage frameworks , including boundaries between Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI (LLMs, Conversational AI, analytics) Ensure interoperability with existing enterprise solutions and define secure integration patterns Define and supportproofs of concept Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsWhat you are like:Proven experience asEnterprise or Solution Architect Hands-on experience inlarge-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS)architecture design and implementations. Detailed design ofGenesys Cloud (CCaaS) Strong understanding ofcloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns Experience designingAI/ML integrations , including Conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems English level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language)Nice to have:Genesys Cloud certifications Experience in theinsurance industryand regulated environmentsWhy join us Work on challenging projects for big clients Learn more about emerging technologies Access to continuous training and certifications Flexible compensation plan … and much more
