ARQUIMEA, we are a technology company operating globally and providing innovate solutions and products in highly demanding sectors.Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech.  We are looking for a Software Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to support the Technical Lead in achieving project goals related to time, scope, budget, and quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team using tools like Jira and Confluence, extracting project performance metrics to ensure success and alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, they will oversee the financial tracking of the project and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.Tasks to be performed: Support the Technical Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring software projects. Manage and coordinate the team, ensuring adherence to time, scope, budget, and quality objectives. Oversee the financial tracking of the project, ensuring it stays within budget and reporting any deviations. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and collaborators, to ensure proper alignment and execution of projects. Use Jira and Confluence for project management and tracking, ensuring transparency and continuous communication among all team members. Extract and analyze project performance metrics to ensure delivery within defined parameters. Manage software production environments, applying best practices and tools in development processes. Coordinate the use of version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps in project workflows. Ensure the proper implementation of agile methodologies for project management, fostering collaboration and continuous iteration. Required skills, experience and candidate profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in software project management, especially in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience working in software production environments, managing development processes and deploying solutions. Knowledge of version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps. Ability to extract and analyze project performance metrics. Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (subcontractors, clients, collaborators). Experience in financial tracking of projects, managing budgets and resources. Nice to Have:Knowledge of PA/QA (Testing and Quality Assurance). Knowledge of PowerBI. Experience with automation tools and/or dashboards. Experience or knowledge in the Defense and/or Space sectors.
