We are a dynamic and growing organization based in Singapore, and we are excited to expand our presence in the Philippines. Our team is passionate about excellence, and we’re looking for a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to join us.

About the role:

As an HR and Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient administrative support. You’ll work closely with the team to manage employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day office administration while fostering a positive work environment.

What you will be responsible for:

A: Office Administration Duties

  1. Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support to the team
  2. Perform data entry and maintain a proper document filing system
  3. Run errands such as banking, mailing, purchasing of items, and deliverance of documents
  4. Manage the procurement process for the office.
  5. Coordinate all office-related administration duties
  6. Handle any other ad-hoc administration duties (where applicable)

B: Accounting Duties

  1. Handle all bank transaction-related matters, not limited to: payment, withdrawal, and other transactions
  2. Check all invoices and documents to comply with rules and laws
  3. Monitor cash balance and verify related paperwork
  4. Prepare monthly accounting reports
  5. Handle any other accounting duties (where applicable)

C: HR Duties

  1. End-to-end recruitment for the Philippines Office
  2. Handle new employee onboarding
  3. Plan and coordinate employee activities and celebrations
  4. Register all necessary insurances, calculations, and declarations of employees
  5. Handle staff insurance and Personal Income Tax, ensuring timely submission for any relevant documentation
  6. Payroll administration
  7. Provide HR advisory to General Manager and HR in Singapore HQ
  8. Handle any other human resource duties (where applicable)

What we are looking for:

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or its equivalent
  2. 1 – 2 years of work experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
  3. Prior administrative experience is preferred
  4. Familiar with local employment regulations and employment law
  5. Possess well-written and spoken English
  6. Possess good communication and soft skills
  7. Organized and meticulous with details
  8. Proactive, efficient, and able to multi-task
  9. Responsible and keen learning attitude
