Job Description: Sales Executive – SaaS Sector

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Spain)

Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the company by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. You will engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and offer tailored SaaS solutions to help them achieve their goals. The position is remote, and you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Spain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the SaaS market.
  • Engaging with potential clients through inbound and outbound communication, including calls, emails, and video conferences.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the company's software solutions to potential customers, highlighting how the products can address their specific needs.
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for the client.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on generating new business.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at various levels within an organization.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of the SaaS industry and how to position software solutions effectively.
