We do this through talent acquisition and development solutions that focus on people, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a Senior Project & Launch Manager (Medical Devices & Pharma) to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.Your mission:Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management, will be responsible for coordinating and leading the corporate projects of the company.Your major accountabilities: Drive value creation by leading and executing projects: Developments, Co-Developments & Strategic Launches of mainly Medical Devices but also pharmaceuticals products or drug-device combinations Manage cross-functional and cross-country Project Teams ensuring good communication between all the departments. Plan & coordinate all activities across a project ensuring all activities comply with applicable medical devices regulations Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget supporting also the change management processes. Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead of Kick off, follow-up & project closure meetings. Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our ProjectManagement tool (Smartsheet). We would like you to have: Holds a university degree. Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e.g. Project Management Professional-PMI.) More than 5 years professional work experience in Project Management in Medical Devices and pharmaceutical industry. Proficient technology skills (e.g., MS Office software, MS Project, etc.) required. Fluent English. Knowledge of other European languages (Spanish, German, French…) will be valuable. Knowledge of the drug development and medical devices development process and launch management. Project planning negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent, training experience and ability for teamwork. Project management and hands-on experience with project and launch management. MS Project or Smartsheet knowledge will be valuable. Availability to travel. International experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced and agile environment. Strong leadership skills with a strong business focus. Ability to work independently and engage wider stakeholders across organization both internally and externally. Being results-oriented with a proven track record of implementation and project management success. Showcasing a positive, constructive, team player mentality. Business acumen and good sense of priorities, structured, results-oriented, and efficient. Superb problem-solving and organization skills. Convincing, service minded, self-motivated and persuasive personality with ethical values. Positive thinking.
