Onsite Support Engineer (Windows/Linux, Intune, MDM) – MadridLocation: Madrid, Spain (Onsite)Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Onsite Support Engineer to join a global IT operations team based in Madrid.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues face-to-face, managing modern endpoints, and supporting a diverse Windows, Linux, and macOS environment.You’ll be the local go-to person for escalations, device management, and IT performance — ensuring employees stay productive and supported.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure SLA compliance.Perform OS patching, updates, and security hardening across Windows, Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), and macOS.Troubleshoot advanced OS, hardware, enterprise applications, and network-related issues...Support Intune / MDM environments and manage MDM configurations.Handle laptop onboarding, offboarding, and local IT asset management.Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoint security tools, and identity administration.Coordinate with global IT teams on incident resolution and service improvements.Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Engineer experience.Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat).Hands-on experience with Intune, MDM platforms, and endpoint-management tools.Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, authentication, and security baselines.Familiarity with PowerShell, Jamf, SCCM/Endpoint Manager (preferred but not required).Solid communication, customer service, and coordination skills.Why This Role Stands Out🌍 Work with international IT teams and global infrastructure.💻 Opportunity to support multi-OS environments with modern device-management tools.📍 Collaborative onsite role in Madrid — high visibility and real ownership.📈 Stable, permanent position with long-term growth potential.If you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting people directly, and working in a modern IT environment, we’d love to connect with you.
