Perform OS patching, updates, and security hardening acrossWindows, Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), and macOS. Troubleshoot advanced OS, hardware, enterprise applications, and network-related issues... SupportIntune / MDMenvironments and manage MDM configurations. Handle laptop onboarding, offboarding, and local IT asset management.
