OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Onsite Hardware Support Engineer to provide dedicated, full-time support for enterprise server and rack solutions at a customer location in Rivabellosa, Spain. The role focuses on break/fix support, diagnostics, and hardware repairs for advanced server platforms.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite break/fix support for enterprise server and rack systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware faults efficientlySupport and maintain: B200 Liquid-Cooled Rack Solutions & Servers; B40 PCIe Air-Cooled SystemsPerform component replacement, system checks, and validation testingWork closely with internal teams and follow defined service proceduresEnsure minimal downtime and high system availabilityMaintain accurate service and incident documentationTraining: Product and solution training will be provided by SMCRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with server hardware support in data center environmentsStrong understanding of enterprise server architecturesExperience with liquid-cooled and air-cooled systems is a strong advantageProven troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to work full-time onsite without exceptionsProfessional, reliable, and able to start immediatelyContract RequirementCandidate must be available for permanent, full-time onsite support for the full duration of the project #J-18808-Ljbffr
