We are supporting a clinical-stage biotech advancing a first-in-class immunotherapy designed to redefine how cancer is treated. With strong scientific foundations and meaningful results emerging from Phase II, the company is entering a pivotal growth phase and expanding its Medical Affairs organisation in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oncology MSL who wants to play a strategic role at an earlier stage of development - bringing innovative science to clinicians and helping shape future launch readiness.Key Responsibilities Engage and collaborate with oncology KOLs across Spain, acting as a trusted scientific expert Deliver impactful scientific exchange and gather actionable medical insights Support clinical development activities and study feasibility discussions Contribute to national medical strategy and upcoming launch initiatives Represent the company at major national and international congressesQualifications Minimum 2 years of MSL experience in Oncology within Spain Advanced life-science degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or similar) Strong knowledge of Spanish oncology landscape and established KOL networks Fluent in Spanish and EnglishWhat’s on Offer Work with a highly innovative oncology asset with significant potential to improve patient outcomes High visibility role within a small and growing organisation - your voice matters Clear career progression opportunities as the company scales Competitive compensation package and benefitsIf you are motivated by science, eager to grow, and passionate about bringing new treatment options to patients in need, we would love to hear from you.
