**Job Overview**

Medical Science Liaison is responsible for driving effective communication and collaboration with medical committees and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

The individual engages in scientific exchange with in-country medical and scientific experts, including Healthcare Professionals and end users, consistent with the objectives of Medical Affairs Function.

Medical Science Liaison facilitate the dissemination of medical information and clinical data through various channels, including presentations, publications, and other scientific communications. Ensure the accurate and timely sharing of clinical insights with internal and external stakeholders.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Communication with the medical committee and other KOLs
- Coordination of content with doctors for congresses and webinars
- Coordination of events: workshops, medical shooting
- Medical support to the Marketing and sales department
- Event and Training Coordination: Organize and manage events such as international congress presentations (symposia or webinars) and training programs like academies. Ensure these events are scientifically rigorous and align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Participation in the Identification and engagement of KOL

**Experience in years**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MSL
- More than 5 years’ experience in at Medical Affairs position is desirable.
- Experience in the aesthetics or dermatology field is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work cross-functionally/collaboratively in a matrixed structure, supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills, and ability to share information with others
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to critically evaluate and effectively communicate key clinical data
- Ability to work effectively and share information within a team environment.
- Strong project management skills and decision-making ability
- Strong planning skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and work independently
- Demonstrated success in self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects.
- Ability to quickly learn and convey clinical and non-clinical technical information effectively to individuals with varying degrees of scientific acumen
- Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role, effectively collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations.
- Computer literacy, PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel about 40% of the work time.
- Excellent English (C1/Advance).

**Education & Credentials**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine).
- A PhD in sciences would be a plus, as well as any additional education, such as a degree in clinical trial research training.

Pay: 36,000.00€ - 45,000.00€ per month
