Medical Science Liaison, Spain & Southern Portugal IQVIA is expanding its team and is now seeking an additional Medical Science Liaison based in Spain. This role is part of a new EU-wide expansion ahead of product launches in 2026. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will engage with clinicians and stakeholders across Spain and Southern Portugal, providing scientific insights and supporting the company’s trajectory as a leader in biosimilar medicines. Engage with customers through scientific discussions, presentations, and education, covering half of Spain and Southern Portugal. Provide medical information and respond to complex medical questions from clinicians. Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for commercial colleagues. Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses. Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups. Collect and report relevant insights to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns. Contribute to the design and delivery of the Medical Plan for Spain and Portugal. Gather and report medical and congress intelligence. Develop local publications and maintain monthly contact with the Medical Director and HQ Medical team. Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers. Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc, etc.). Must have previous pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in Spain. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish, and strong English language skills. Based in Spain with a full driving license.
