Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Field Service Technician to join our team, working directly with the Thermal Works team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all Thermal Works equipment. The Lead Field Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Our primary focus is on providing an integrated cooling system for data centers and commercial buildings that dramatically reduces the energy demand, water consumption and cost of cooling. It transforms the economics and eco-metrics of commercial cooling with zero water solutions that outperform air- and water-cooled systems in any climate.
Participate in a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works’ U. Manage Preventive Maintenance and Service schedules.
~ Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
~ Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients.
~ Be available to take emergency issues when on call.
~ Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.
~ Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal works equipment.
~Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos in Spain).
~ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure, including data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities.
~ Must have experience with chillers and CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) units, encompassing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
~ Baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components.
Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a strong plus).
A flexible, autonomous work environment.
