Retail Manager – SpainWe are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Retail Manager to grow and strengthen our retail presence in Spain.This role is initially field-focused, working closely with stores to ensure excellent execution and brand visibility, and will evolve into a leadership role as the business scales.Key Responsibilities- Be present in stores to drive best-in-class retail execution and brand representation. - Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams. - Execute POSM and in-store activation plans to improve visibility and sell-out. - Support product launches through field feedback and retail training. - Collect and analyze retail insights to continuously optimize execution. - Gradually build and lead a local retail team and drive long-term retail excellence.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or channel management in Spain. - Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Willing to travel frequently within Spain. - Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
