In this role, you’ll manage software applications spanning chemistry, protein science, and omics platforms, enabling researchers to accelerate drug discovery, molecular modeling, and biological data analysis. You will drive product knowledge transfer, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, helping transform legacy scientific software into modern, cloud-based platforms.What You’ll Do:Document and transfer comprehensive product knowledge, including use cases, metrics, technical specifications, and workflowsAnalyze current product landscape, research workflows, and customer needs; propose transformation strategies for legacy productsTranslate complex scientific requirements into actionable product specificationsLead product development in Agile teams, participating in planning sessions, stand-ups, and delivery oversightServe as the primary contact for business requests, map stakeholders, and execute engagement strategiesBridge the gap between scientific users and engineering teams, ensuring products deliver scientific value, usability, and scalabilityRequirements:Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and requirements documentation skillsAgile product development experience; proficient in Jira and ConfluenceExpertise in scientific software spanning chemistry, protein science, and omics workflowsAbility to translate complex research workflows into technical solutions and communicate effectively with scientists and engineersPreferred:Strategic vision for product roadmaps and application transformationHands-on experience in GCP, BigQuery, HPC environments, and cloud-based scientific softwareFamiliarity with surfacing data from backend to frontend systems, and mapping product capabilities to business workflowsExperience in regulated or pharmaceutical environments and managing external vendor integrationsThis role is ideal for someone who wants to bridge science and technology, driving innovation and modernization of scientific software that empowers researchers to achieve breakthroughs across multiple domains of life sciences.
