* Qualification: Admitted to practice law in Spain.
*
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (law firm or in-house).
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan (Portuguese is a plus).
* Work Authorization: Permanent right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
* Preferred: Experience in the retail sector and global, multi-cultural environments. Responsibilities & Scope of Work
* Manage commercial, consumer protection, data privacy, and labor/employment legal matters.
* Handle litigation, disputes, and customer claims.
* Support HR with works council matters and collective bargaining agreements.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
* Oversee corporate governance and GDPR compliance in Spain.
