UNIQLO, a brand of the Fast Retailing Group, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role focuses on commercial law, consumer protection, data privacy, and labor/employment matters, providing legal support to the Spanish market while coordinating with European and Japanese regional teams. Manage commercial, consumer protection, data privacy, and labor/employment legal matters. Handle litigation, disputes, and customer claims. Support HR with works council matters and collective bargaining agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates. Oversee corporate governance and GDPR compliance in Spain.
