Corporate Brand Manager and Team Coordinator

Festo is looking for a Marketing Brand Manager for the SWEA region (South West Europe and Africa) to join its marketing communication team as team coordinator for Spain and Portugal. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities in these two countries, while providing effective leadership and maintaining cohesion on content and brand identity.
Main responsibilities:
- Team coordination: You will be working with a team of marketing and communications professionals in Spain and Portugal. Your role will be to supervise day-to-day activities, define objectives and ensure team cohesion. You will also be responsible for fostering effective communication between the company's various departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time.
- Coordination of local events: You will be involved in the organisation of local events in Spain and Portugal. This includes planning, organising and managing events, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand strategy and meet our marketing communication objectives.
- Brand management: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's brand identity not only in Spain and Portugal, but also in France and South Africa. To do this, you will analyse the Festo brand in each country with local contacts and coordinate dedicated activities. This includes creating and implementing consistent branding strategies, overseeing the creation of marketing and communications content, and managing the brand's presence across different channels.
- Marketing campaigns: You will be actively involved in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns. You will develop effective marketing strategies, using appropriate communication channels to reach our target audience. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign results and analysing data to continually improve our performance.
- Support for the SWEA Marketing Manager: You will act as a real link for the SWEA Marketing Manager, working closely with her to implement the marketing strategies and achieve the objectives set. As a representative of the Spanish and Portuguese market vision, you will bring in-depth knowledge of these markets and be able to provide valuable information to the Marketing Manager. You will also be familiar with the company's internal processes, enabling you to act effectively and in line with company policy.
- Sales support: You will provide essential support to the sales team in Spain and Portugal, gathering their marketing needs and helping to align marketing activities with the sales department.
Qualifications required:
- Significant professional experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in brand management.
- Experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards the achievement of objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and to communicate with different departments in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluent native Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an additional asset.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
