Our tech handles the complex stuff behind the scenes so teams can focus on what matters most: creating amazing guest experiences.We've achieved strong product-market fit and are now expanding internationally. We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Account Executive to lead our growth across Europe and Latin America — two rapidly growing markets for short-term rental operations.As our dedicated AE for these regions, you'll have the opportunity to establish SuiteOp's presence in new markets while working closely with our sales and growth teams. You'll own the full sales cycle for Europe and LATAM prospects and help us build relationships with property managers and hospitality operators across these regions.Key Responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for Europe and LATAM prospects, becoming the expert voice of SuiteOp in these regionsGenerate your own pipeline through targeted prospecting across European and Latin American marketsAdapt and localize our proven sales playbook, messaging, and objection handling for regional marketsBuild relationships with property managers, hospitality operators, and other decision makers across Europe and LATAMRepresent SuiteOp at regional industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and generate leadsPartner with our sales and growth teams to convert qualified leads into happy customersProvide crucial market feedback to our product team about regional customer pain points and feature requestsAnalyze regional sales performance to drive continuous improvements in conversion and close ratesNavigate time zone differences and cultural nuances to deliver an excellent buying experienceCompensation:On-Target Earnings (OTE): €75,000 - €120,000Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionEquity ownership in SuiteOpRequired Skills & Experience:2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market companiesProven track record of breaking records — we're looking for someone who doesn't just hit quota but smashes itHistory of over-achievement in previous roles — show us where you've gone above and beyondStrong prospecting skills and experience building your own pipeline from scratchFluency in English required; Spanish, Portuguese, French, and/or German proficiency strongly preferredComfort with representing the company at international events and turning conversations into opportunitiesExcellent communication skills — you can explain complex solutions in simple, compelling waysSelf-starter mentality with the ability to thrive working autonomously across time zonesExperience using modern sales tools (CRM, email automation, etc.)Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate prospects across multiple time zonesIdeal Candidate:Experience selling to hospitality, property management, or adjacent industriesExisting network or market knowledge in European or Latin American hospitality/STR marketsPrevious experience in international or regional sales expansionExcited to establish SuiteOp's presence in new markets and build regional momentumCombines a hunter mentality with a passion for customer successSets ambitious personal goals and consistently finds ways to exceed themLives for the hunt — you get a thrill from identifying prospects and turning them into customersData-driven and process-oriented while maintaining authentic relationship-building skillsWhat Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:Build and execute a regional prospecting strategy that delivers a strong, qualified pipeline across Europe and LATAMClose your first 5-10 deals in your territory and establish momentum in key marketsDevelop deep product mastery and confidently demo to prospects across different time zonesAttend at least one key regional industry event and bring back actionable connectionsIdentify key regional nuances and help adapt our approach for these marketsBuild initial documentation on regional market insights and competitive landscapeWhy Join Now:Lead SuiteOp's expansion into exciting new international marketsWork with a product that customers genuinely love (and you'll hear it in many calls)Join a growing team where your contributions directly shape our global trajectoryBe part of something special with founders who value initiative and reward resultsIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves, build your own pipeline, and help us bring SuiteOp to property managers across Europe and Latin America, we want to hear from you
