* Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred (such as the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training).
* Knowledge of IB (International Baccalaureate) Methodology is preferred.
* Proficiency and skill in using instructional technology, including iPads in the classroom and simulation/laboratory software.
* Willingness to teach introductory science/physics courses and the potential to teach higher levels (IB Diploma Programme).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including a clear voice.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Must possess strong classroom management skills and a demonstrated ability to engage students in practical and experimental learning.
* Must maintain a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work well with others, resolve controversies and conflicts through respectful negotiation, and accept constructive feedback.
* Strong problem-solving skills, resilience in the face of challenges, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
