Desde Iwantic, buscamos un/a SEO Specialist para incorporarse directamente en una empresa digital en crecimiento, ubicada en Palma de Mallorca.RESPONSABILIDADESPor favor, presente su candidatura sin demora si su perfil encaja bien con este puesto, debido al alto nivel de interés.Gestionar de forma integral diversos proyectos SEO, llevando a cabo la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias definidas.Realizar auditorías técnicas periódicas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y trabajar conjuntamente con el equipo de desarrollo para su correcta implementación.Optimizar el posicionamiento orgánico mediante acciones de SEO On Page: análisis de palabras clave, optimización de contenidos, arquitectura web, enlazado interno y definición de metas y datos estructurados.Valorar y proponer mejoras en la estrategia de SEO Off Page, revisando el perfil de enlaces y planteando nuevas oportunidades.Desarrollar propuestas de valor para cada cliente o proyecto interno, aportando ideas innovadoras y orientadas a resultados.Analizar KPIs clave del rendimiento orgánico y elaborar planes de mejora alineados con los objetivos de negocioSE REQUIEREExperiencia de al menos 2 años trabajando en proyectos SEO (técnico, onsite, offsite y analítica).Sólida capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle, con mentalidad proactiva y organizada.Manejo avanzado de herramientas como Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix y Looker Studio .Interés por las últimas tendencias, cambios y actualizaciones en motores de búsqueda.SE VALORARÁEstudios de máster, postgrado o formación especializada en Marketing Digital.Conocimientos en CRO y analítica orientada a la conversión.Buen nivel de inglés.Experiencia previa en entorno de agencia o en gestión simultánea de múltiples clientes.Experiencia en la elaboración de dashboards avanzados en Looker Studio.SE OFRECEJornada completa con incorporación inmediata.Modelo híbrido: 3 días en oficina y 2 días de teletrabajo .Oficinas en Palma de Mallorca , dentro de un entorno creativo y colaborativo.Flexibilidad horaria.Entorno con posibilidades reales de crecimiento a medio plazo. xcskxlj Si estás interesado/a en seguir desarrollando tu carrera en un entorno digital dinámico y orientado al crecimiento, queremos conocerte
